Fault
Appliance is not
cooling, temperature
display and light
are lit.
The light does
not function.
Temperature display
refrigerator
compartment is
flashing. Fig. 2/7
The "cool-fresh"
compartment is too
warm or too cold.
Possible cause
Showroom mode is
switched on.
The LED light
is defective.
Appliance was open
too long.
Light is switched off
after approx. 10 min.
Appliance opened
frequently.
Too much food was
placed in
the compartment.
The ventilation
openings have been
covered.
The fixed setting has
been set too high
or too low (e.g. if there
is frost in the "cool-
fresh" compartment).
Remedial action
Hold down alarm button, Fig 2/1,
for 10 seconds until
an acknowledgement signal sounds.
After a short time check whether
your appliance is cooling.
See chapter "Light (LED)" section.
When the appliance is closed
and opened, the light is on again.
Do not open the appliance
unnecessarily.
Before placing food in the freezer,
press the "super" button.
Remove obstacles.
The temperature in the cool-fresh
compartment can be set to be 2
steps warmer and/or colder, Fig. 2.
If the refrigerator compartment
temperature is set to 4, the cool-
fresh compartment has
a temperature of almost 0 °C.
1. Press super button on refrigerator
compartment 5 for 3 seconds
until a signal sounds.
Temperature display

flickers.
2. Change the setting using
the temperature setting button
on refrigerator compartment 6.
Setting 2 – coldest setting
Setting 8 – warmest setting
After one minute, the set
temperature is saved.
