4. Connect an oscilloscope between the check point and ground.

form level of VWB is 1.67 ± 0.04Vp-p.
6. Select " 2103-2-02 "(Sub scon), and adjust so that the wave-
form level of VWB is 1.67 ± 0.04Vp-p.
7. Write the data into memory.
