Trouble shooting
1. There is no sound coming from the earphones
Please check volume on your audio device to make sure it is
outputting sound. Please make sure that the 3.5mm plug is fully in-
serted into your audio device. Sometimes a case or protective cover
can prevent a good connection. Please make sure the earphone plug
and audio device's jack is clean.
2. I'm hearing a beep-sound. When your WOOFit Headphones
makes a beep-sound, they need recharging. Please charge your
headphones fully.
3. The headphone are not fitting comfortably.
Please adjust the length of the band by pull/push the pole as below.
4. If you are having trouble with using the hands-free microphone
and play settings controller.
Please refer to the table in this manual that describes the various
function of the hands-free microphone and play settings controller.
If you are still having trouble, or if your device platform is not listed
in this manual, please consult your mobile device's instruction
manual.
