5.1.10 Number routing

Number's route table's longest length is 100, and it is mainly used when there is no gatekeeper, the capacity
can basically satisfy the user needs.
MG6008 routing supports two kinds of route: SIP (by IP) and TEL connection.
The max length of phone number is 29, and the IAD supports to intercept length and extra prefix. When the
two options are valid, IAD will intercept the calling number and add the extra prefix in front
