Alarm (HU-803 only)
"Alarm!" is displayed when an alarm message is sent. The function is used to warn the driver of a
serious accident or disaster situation.

Dolby Pro Logic is the trademark of Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation. The Dolby Pro Logic
Surround System is manufactured under licence from Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation.
CAUTION:
The optional supplementary amplifier (HU-803) may be mounted under the front passenger's seat. If the
floor of the car has become soaked for any reason, do not turn on the radio. This would cause damage to
the amplifier. Contact a Volvo retailer.

Cassettes
Store cassettes in their cases.
Do not touch the tape surface with your fingers.
Tapes should not be exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
Keep tapes away from oil, grease and other contaminants.
For optimal tape deck performance Volvo does not recommend the use of C-120 tapes.
Take up slack using a pen or a pencil before inserting a cassette in the cassette slot.
