Starting Operation
Reversing the Rotational Direction
The rotational direction switch 10 is used to reverse the rotational
direction of the machine. However, this is not possible with the
On/Off switch 9 actuated.
Right Rotation: For drilling and driving in screws, push the rota-
tional direction switch 10 left to the stop.
The indicator for right rotation 3 lights up when the On/Off
switch 9 is actuated and the motor is running.
Left Rotation: For loosening or unscrewing screws, push the
rotational direction switch 10 right to the stop.
The indicator for left rotation 4 lights up when the On/Off
switch 9 is actuated and the motor is running.
Setting the Torque
With the thumbwheel for torque preselection 6, the required
torque can be preselected in 6 steps. The inserted tool is stopped
as soon as the set torque is reached.
Lower torque for screwing in screws with small diameter or
into soft materials.
Higher torque for screwing in screws with large diameter or
into hard materials.
Torque clutch deactivated; for drilling and for unscrewing
screws.
Switching On and Off
To start the machine, press the On/Off switch 9 and keep it
depressed.
The power light 8 lights up when the On/Off switch 9 is slightly
depressed, and enables illumination of the screwing location in
unfavourable light conditions.
To switch off the machine, release the On/Off switch 9.
