Status Bar and Notification Panel

The Status bar at the top of the Home screen provides phone and service status information on the right
side and notification alerts on the left. To view notifications, open the Notification panel by touching and
holding the Status bar and dragging it down.

Status Bar

The Status bar displays icons to notify you of your phone's status, as well as notifications.
Status Icons
Icon Description
Bluetooth: Bluetooth is active.
Bluetooth connected: Bluetooth is on, and your phone is connected to another device.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is active.
Wi-Fi available: Wi-Fi networks are available.
Vibrate mode: Vibrate mode is enabled.
Mute mode: Mute mode is enabled.
Speakerphone: Call is using speakerphone.
3G: The device is connected to a 3G wireless network.
4G LTE active: The device is connected to a 4G LTE wireless network.
Signal strength: Cellular network signal strength is displayed.
Roaming signal strength: Roaming network signal strength is displayed.
Airplane mode: Airplane mode is active.
Battery charging: Battery is charging.
Battery full: Battery is fully charged.
