Battery lock knob The battery has a front side and a back side. Insert the battery in the correct direction as illustrated.

    Shooting, Playback, and Erasing Shooting with optimum aperture value and shutter speed (P mode) In this mode, automatic camera shooting can be used while also allowing changes to a wide range of other shooting menu functions such as exposure compensation, white balance, and so forth as needed.

    Printing Direct printing (PictBridge By connecting the camera to a PictBridge- compatible printer, you can print images directly without using a computer. PictBridge is a standard for connecting digital cameras and printers of different makers and printing out pictures directly.
