Listening to music on an iPod

Connect the iPod to the USB port. (v p. 19)

Press iPod/USB to switch the input source to "iPod/
USB".
"Remote iPod" is displayed on the display of this unit.

Operate iPod itself directly while seeing the iPod
screen to play back music.

0 The iPod display modes include "Remote iPod" and "Browse iPod". By default,
"Remote iPod", where you directly operate the iPod itself while looking at the iPod
screen, is set.
0 To change to "Browse iPod" where operations are performed while the iPod
information is displayed on this unit, see "Setting operation mode (Browse iPod
mode)" (v p. 40).
0 You can also listen to iPod music using "AirPlay function" (v p. 45).
NOTE
0 Depending on the type of iPod and the software version, some functions may not
operate.
0 Note that Denon will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any problems arising
with the data on an iPod when using this unit in conjunction with the iPod.
