TV Issues
The product is hot.

Possible Causes
•
Keeping the product turned on
for an extended period of time
causes the panel to generate
heat.
•
The temperature of the air
coming out of the top, bottom.
left and right of the panel may
differ depending on the position.
•
Because the heat from the panel is
released via the vent located in the upper
part of the product, some users may find
that the upper part of the product is hot
to the touch after the product has been
in use for an extended period of time.
Care should be taken. Adults must pay
special attention to children to prevent
them from touching the upper part of the
product when the product is turned on.
Heat generation does not mean that the
product is defective or has a functional
problem. The product can be used as
normal.
