Printer Menus
Use the printer's menus to change the settings of printer features.
Your selections stay in memory even when you turn off the
printer.
If your software can control a feature that is also
controlled in the printer menu, the software will override
the menu setting. Use your software to control printer
features whenever possible.
Printing the Menu (OKIPAGE 6ex)
To see a printout of the menu:
1.
Press
to take the printer off-line.
[ON-LINE]
2.
Press and hold
/
[PAPER SIZE]
[Print Menu]
Using Quick Menus
Quick Menus allow direct access to three often-used features:
Power Save, Paper Size, and Tray Type.
To access a Quick Menu:
1.
Press
to place the printer off-line.
[ON-LINE]
2.
Press the button indicating the Quick Menu you want.
3.
Press
to see available options.
[
]
4.
Press
to select an option.
[ENTER]
5.
Press
to exit the menu.
[ON-LINE]
. The Menu prints.
