With Print Job Accounting, you can
• Control costs by limiting access to color printing for specific
clients.
• Plan equipment allocation by monitoring exactly how much each
client prints.
• Set up billing for individual clients based on their recorded usage.
This software saves acquired log data on the printer's Hard
Disk Drive (optional). If the printer does not have the Hard
Disk Drive, the acquired logs are saved to the Flash memory.
The Flash memory is relatively limited as to how much
information can be stored on it.
The Hard Disk Drive has much greater memory capacity.
Therefore, we highly recommend that your printer be
equipped with a Hard Disk Drive for use with the Print Job
Accounting software.
