Use this feature to display a "Black", "Red", "Blue", "Green" or
"White", screen when no signal is available.

When the "VGA2 Switch" feature is "In" then VGA2 port functions
as input port. If the "VGA2 Switch" is "Out" then the port functions
as output port for VGA1.
