    1.1 About This Manual This manual is intended to provide guidance for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your TallyGenicom 8008 printer. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use of the printer. Keep the CD-ROM in a safe place, where it can be retrieved readily when needed.

Installing Area To operate the printer smoothly with the duplex unit installed, install the printer where the picture below shows. The duplex unit is installed at the back of the printer, then an area behind the printer must be reserved for operating the duplex unit.
