Things to check
Is the remaining battery level low?
Is the exhaust abnormally hot?
When continuously operating on "High" in places of high temperature, such as under
direct sunlight or in cars exposed to the sun, the safeguard may operate and the suction
power may become weak to prevent the body motor and battery from overheating.
Is the dust case full of dust?
Is dust stuck in the filters?
Is dust clogging the body air duct?
Is dust clogging the power head?
Did you vacuum fine sand or dust?
Is the remaining battery level low?
Is the cleaner set on the charging station? Detach it from the charging station.
Is the room temperature low?
When the battery gets hot, the body
may stop automatically to prevent the
battery from overheating.
The indicator lamp "turns off".
Did you leave the body unattended for a
long period of time without charging it?
Have you repeatedly charged the
battery after finishing using the stick
cleaner while the battery was not
completely discharged?
Is the battery exhausted?
The motor is being cooled via air flow, which is normal.
It gets warm due to the flow of electrical current to the control circuit, which
is normal.
Is dust stuck in the filters?
Are the filters thoroughly dried after
washing?
Instructions
Set the stick cleaner on the charging
station for charging.
Stop operation by pressing the control
button. Wait for the body to cool down,
and then start operation again
Empty the dust case.
Clean the filters (wash with water).
Remove the
dust using
disposable
Body air duct
chopsticks,
Disposable chopsticks
etc..
Remove the dust.
Empty the dust case and perform maintenance
(wash with water) on the filters.
Set the stick cleaner on the charging
station for charging.
Use the cleaner at a room
temperature of 0°C or more.
Wait for the body to cool down, and
then start operation again.
The battery capacity may be
temporarily recovering poorly.
Repeat the procedure of using the
cleaner until the battery is exhausted
and charging fully 2 or 3 times.
If the operating time is particularly short
even after charging correctly, the battery
is exhausted. Please consult with the
Hitachi authorized service agent.
Clean the filters (wash with water).
After washing, thoroughly air dry the
filters.
