TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Chocolate is dripping, not flowing
Chocolate is flowing unevenly, but not
Sheeting
Flow is intermittent, interrupted, not
flowing properly
Noisy, not working smoothly
DO NOT ADD COOL OR COLD LIQUID – THIS WILL STOP THE
FLOW OF THE FOUNTAIN.
By following these simple instructions, your CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN will be fun
for friends, family, and kids of all ages...by creating a beautiful effect of mouth-watering
chocolate for dipping everyone's favorite snacks.
Touch Control Panel located on back of unit.
This controls the heat, the motor and shows the
CLEANING

Make sure unit is unplugged before cleaning. Remove auger, base bowl and tower
and soak.

BEFORE FIRST USE and continuing after each use, be sure to wash the tower, base
bowl and auger thoroughly. Tower, base bowl and auger are best to soak but are
dishwasher safe as well.

POSSIBLE CAUSE/REMEDY
Chocolate is too thick, thin with oil. Unit
is not LEVEL. Level unit.
Unit is not LEVEL, level unit so that
chocolate is evenly distributed around the
bowl to ensure proper sheeting.
Check for chunks of food in base that
may be clogging the chocolate flow to
base of tower, remove any chunks found.
Make sure Base Bowl is seated properly
on the base and the notches are aligned
properly to lock bowl into place.
Power On Indicator Light.
