Put paper, labels or envelopes in the MP tray. Make sure:
The number of envelopes in the MP tray does not exceed 3.

 The paper, labels or envelopes stay under the maximum paper mark (1).
 The side to be printed on must be face up.

Choose the following settings from each drop-down list of the printer driver.
