The total space is shown and the INTERNAL STORAGE bar shows the relative usage, which is
color coded to the list below it. Each data category below the bar shows the data use for each.
From home, touch Apps

or modify related data.
Available: Shows the available space (you cannot change this).

Apps (app data and media content): Lists DOWNLOADED, RUNNING or ALL apps

depending on your selection. Touch any app to Force stop, Uninstall, or in some cases
Disable the app. Clear the app's cache by touching Clear cache.
Note: Use extreme care when modifying applications especially if they are running.
Note: See the consolidated behaviors configured for your app by flicking up the screen. The list is
divided by icons next to a list of the app behaviors. Touch a behavior for additional definition.
Pictures, videos: Takes you to the Gallery or your photos.

Audio (music, ringtones, podcasts, etc.): Lists audio related files.

Downloads: Lists any files you have saved to your phone from the Internet or from an
l
application.
Cached data: Clears all temporary internal storage of data for apps that are not running.
l
Misc: Shows data that was stored for internal use.
l
Your phone's micro USB port lets you exchange media and other files with a connected computer.
From the Storage settings screen, touch Menu to select the connection you need and transfer

your files:
Media device (MTP) to transfer media files on Windows or do an Android transfer on the
l
MAC.
Camera (PTP) for non MTP transfers and transfers by using camera software.

Battery Settings

The Battery Setting menu allows you to monitor your phone's battery usage and view which
functions are consuming your battery's charge and at what percentage. For more, see Charge Your
Phone Battery.
If you turn on Battery Saver, your phone restricts background mobile data until the phone is
charged again.
From home, touch Apps

> Settings > Storage and then touch any listed category to see
> Settings > Battery and touch ON.
