Check the power on/of switches on the transmitter and receiver
Check all cable connections
Make sure that transmitter and receiver have selected the same channel
The selected channel is disturbed; maybe a microwave oven, a DECT cordless
phone or similar are causing the disturbes.
The distance between transmitter and receiver is too much
Check the path between the transmitter and the audio/video source and clear
any obstructions.
