SYMPTOM
Motor does not start.
Motor stalls.
Juice/pulp slinging from restrictor.
Excessive or unusual noise.
Excessive heat in juice or pulp.
Leakage of juice at flange of body.
Material backs up in feeding tube.

Troubleshooting
CAUSE
Body is not properly assembled to hub.
Magnet in body flange is missing.
ON/OFF Switch is off.
Power supply is bad.
Juicer motor bad.
Proximity switch is bad.
ON/OFF Switch is bad.
Feeding too much material too fast.
Auger worn.
Restrictor worn.
Deflector not installed.
Improper assembly.
Part damage.
Feeding too much material too fast.
Restrictor plugged.
Wrong restrictor installed.
Auger worn.
Restrictor worn.
O‐ring missing.
O‐ring damaged or worn.
Feeding too much material and/or too fast.
Wrong restrictor installed.
Restrictor is plugged.
Material being juiced is dry.

SOLUTION
Check assembly.
Replace magnet.
Turn on switch.
Check plug and circuit breaker.
Replace motor.
Replace proximity switch.
Replace ON/OFF switch.
Feed material more slowly.
Replace auger.
Replace restrictor.
Install deflector.
Re‐assemble.
Replace damaged parts.
Feed material more slowly.
Remove restrictor, clear blockage and replace.
Replace with recommended restrictor.
Replace auger.
Replace restrictor.
Install o‐ring.
Replace o‐ring.
Reduce rate of feeding.
Replace with recommended restrictor.
Remove, clean and replace restrictor.
Replace grinding auger with the greens auger. 
Replace with fresh material.
Install restrictor.
Replace with recommended restrictor.
Re‐feed material.
