Operation

1. Turn on/off and standby
Press main power switch to turn on the TV unit and the red power indicator lights up,
Press the STANDBY button of remote control, the TV unit is in standby mode with the screen ooff and no
sound. The red indicator light will be on. When standby mode is selected, the previous setting of SLEEP TIME is
cancelled .If you want to turn on the TV, press the STANDBY button of remote control or the program button on
the front panel of the TV.
2. Preset program number
When user turns on the TV at the first time and all preset channels are cleared, the TV will enter the AUTO
SEARCHING state directly and display on the following on the screen:
When the TV is in this mode, you can continuously press the MENU button of the remote control or the MENU
button of the TV to display the PRESET menu. During auto-search, the TV will search all the active channels in your
area and store them into the memory, and begin to store programs from number "0". If the number of programs
searched is beyond the number of program which can be stored, the process of auto-search will be stopped. If the
number of programs searched is not beyond the number of program which can be stored, it will set the number of
program which won't be stored at "REMEMBER OFF", set the picture setting to "STANDARD"
3. MENU
Press continuously the menu button of remote control or the menu button of TV, PICTURE, SYSTEM, CLOCK,
PRESET, CHANNEL, The menus will appear in the following order:
PICTURE
When there is no menu on the screen, press menu button,it will display PICTURE menu at first .If the picture
is supplied through the AV inputs (e.g. DVD Player), and the menu button is pressed,it will not display PRESET
menu and CHANNEL menu in the cycle.
