Is the voltage at R106 at MAIN PCB
near 0.7V?
Yes
No
Is the voltage at pin 6
Replace Q401
of Q401 near VBAT-0.7V?
Yes
No
Resolder vibrator.
Check the soldering of Vibrator
Yes
Vibrator will work properly
Replace Vibrator.
