About Home Transponder
Home Transponder function refers to the Receiver default setting on a home frequency when a code
is activated on standby mode. Here, once an access card is detected on its slots, This receiver
automatically becomes active and sets to the three Home Frequencies which are as follows;
NILESAT: Showtime Package (11996MHz, Horizontal, 27500Msymbols, FEC=3/4)
ARABSAT: ART & PEHLA package (12604MHz, Horizontal, 27500Msymbols, FEC=3/4)
HOTBIRD: ABSAT package (11681MHz, Horizontal, 27500Msymbols, FEC=3/4)
The STB continuously receives signal even in standby mode so access card automatically becomes
active once a new code is sent by the service provider.
