Network Services The wireless phone described in this guide is approved for use on the EGSM 900 and GSM 1800 networks. Dualband is a network dependant feature. Check with your local service provider if you can subscribe to and use this feature. A number of features included in this guide are called Network Services.

• Voice tags: You can dial a phone number by saying one or more words (’voice tags’), for example a name, attached to it. Up to eight phone numbers in the phone book can have a voice tag at the same time. You can also listen to, change, or erase the recorded voice tags.
M e n u f u n c t i o n s Messages (Menu 2) With the Short Message Service (SMS) network service you can send text and picture messages to phones which have SMS capability. In this menu you can write and read text and picture messages.

Templates (Menu 2-5) You can view, edit, and erase the preset messages (’templates’) that are available for writing a message. Scroll to the template you want to use and press (Read). To edit or erase the template, press (Options) and select the desired function.

M e n u f u n c t i o n s When you press (Options) in Missed calls, Received calls Dialled numbers menu, you can view the date and time of the call and edit, view or call the registered phone number, save it in the phone book or delete it from the list of registered phone numbers.
Note: When no more charging units or currency units are left, calls may only be possible to the emergency number programmed into your phone (e.g. 112 or other official emergency number). • Prepaid credit: If you use a prepaid SIM card, you can make calls only when there are enough credit units on the SIM card (network service).

• Phone line in use: With this network service you can select the phone line (that is, subscriber number) 1 or 2 for making calls, if supported by your SIM card.
