Upper grill doesn't work all the times

The upper grill of the Blanco BMS 755 may not work consistently if the grill element is not properly secured in position. The manual warns never to use the oven with the grill element hanging down, so if it is not correctly raised and secured with the knurled screw, it may not function reliably.
