Settings for synchronisation

You may receive the configuration settings required for synchronisation as a
configuration message from the network operator or service provider. To manage
all the configuration settings, see
1. Press Menu, select Organiser, and Synchronisation.
2. Select Server sync, and
• Select Configuration. Only the configurations that support the
synchronisation are shown. Select a service provider, Default, or
config. for synchronisation. You may receive the synchronisation settings
as a configuration message, see

Select Account and a synchronisation service account contained in the
active configuration settings.
3. Select PC sync settings
Select to set User name
The user name and password have to be the same in the phone and in the PC.

Synchronising from a compatible PC

To synchronise the contacts and calendar from a PC, use an IR connection or a
data cable. You also need the PC Suite software of your phone installed on the PC,
refer to PC Connectivity
