QS driver.
Performs the QS (Quick Shoot) drive for the input signal from the picture quality correction IC (IC4601:IXB001WJ),
according to the temperature parameter setting from monitor microprocessor, and outputs the LVDS signal. Also
controls FIFO (IC4902: RH-IXA986WJZZQ) used for calculation.
