  • Page 3 The compact and portable Peavey P2 Vertical Array Powered Speaker System, produces powerful and clear audio, thanks to its 12"powered Sub and eight 3 1/2" drivers. The P2 is equipped with a 3 Channel input mixer with independant level control per channel, Master Signal/Clip LED indicators, DSP voicing con- trols, and an XLR line level out for linking the P2 to other systems.
  • Page 4 LOW FREQUENCY SHAPE SWITCH: This three way switch allows shaping of the low frequencies by either boosting, leveling or cutting the low frequency response. HIGH FREQUENCY SHAPE SWITCH: This two way switch allows shaping of the high frequencies. POWER SWITCH: To turn ON / OFF the P2 Vertical Array Speaker System.
  • Page 5 P2™ AC INPUT/ Fuse In IEC Jack: 100V-240V~50Hz/60Hz Connect to main power (100~240V AC) with the included power chord. It is built-in with one electrical fuse. If damaged, please replace the fuse with the same specification. Fuse In IEC Jack To replace the fuse, be sure to remove the IEC power cord from the IEC socket.

  • Page 8 The best option is a shielded balanced cable no longer than necessary to reach the P2. It is usually a good idea to leave some slack at the input to the P2 and also to tape the cables down or run them under a cable guard to avoid anyone tripping over them or pulling the P2 over when stand mounted.

    First, ensure the mixer (signal source) is not clipping or being overdriven. Make sure the Level control on the P2 has not been set too low. Check that the input plug is fully seated in the input jack on the rear panel of the P2.
