Charging the Battery

The EN-EL2 lithium-ion battery supplied with your camera is not fully
charged at shipment.
You can charge the battery while it is in the camera by placing it on the
COOL-STATION MV-10 (Charging time: about 2 hours for full charge).
1 Connect the EH-61 AC adapter to the COOL-STATION.

• The power lamp will glow showing the EH-61 is plugged in ( ).
2 Place the camera on the COOL-STATION.
Check that the battery is inside the camera and the camera is turned
off.
If the camera is on (the power-on lamp is green), the battery will not
be charged.
Open the COOL-STATION connector cover on the camera.
