Description
RTC (real-time clock) battery may need to
be replaced.
Processor is not supported by the BIOS.
Memory error during POST execution of the
Management Engine (ME) BIOS Extensions
option ROM.
The product information programmed into the
system board is missing or invalid.

Recommended action
problem persists, replace the RTC battery. See
the Removal and Replacement section for
instructions on installing a new battery.

Upgrade BIOS to proper version.

Change the processor.

Reboot the computer.

Unplug the power cord, re-seat the
memory modules, and reboot the
computer.
3.
If the memory configuration was recently
changed, unplug the computer, restore
the original memory configuration, and
reboot the computer.

If the error persists, replace the system
board.
