Skype Dialing Wizard by opening your Web browser and typing
www.skype.com/products/skypeout/rates/dialing.html in the
address bar. This will guide you through making a SkypeOut call.
⇒ Even if you are calling someone in the same country or area code region, you still
need to dial the country code and full phone number of your SkypeOut contact.
