1)
Remove
the
four
tension
springs,
and
detach
the
grid plate.

Cut
the twisted
end
of
the
corona
wire
to
about
1j
mm
or less
using
a
nipper.
Hook
the loop
of
the
corona
wire
as
shown
in
Figure 4-65,
and
lead the wire
along
the
V-groove
of
the height adjusting
roll.

Hook
the
corona
wire tension spring
on
the
corona
wire,
and
twist
the spring
three
to
four
times as
shown.

reel

dia.),

form a loop
at
its
end

diameter.
Wind

key on6e,
and
turn the
hex
key
four
to
five
times:
then
twist
it
to
form
a
loop.

excess corona
wire

Pick the
end

the
corona
wire tension
spring using tweezers,
and hook
iton
the

breaks
or twists
and
its
gold
plating
has
not
peeled

sure
that
the
corona
wire
is
not
slack;
normal,
if
the length
of the;
corona
wire tension spring
is
