To set the date:

1. Gently pull out crown to position B.
2. Turn crown clockwise to adjust date.
3. Push in crown to position A.
Chronograph measurement:
1. Press BL Button to put watch in chronograph mode.
2. Press TR Button to start and stop the chronograph.
The TR Button can be stopped and started as many times as required during the
timing of an event.
