    • As the small off-road (equipment type) engine owner, you should however be aware that the Generac Power Systems may deny you warranty coverage if your small off-road (equipment type) engine or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.

If the part fails prior to the first scheduled replacement, the part must be repaired or replaced by the engine manufacturer according to Subsection (4) below.

(Generac) will, at its option, repair or replace any part which, upon examination, inspection and testing by Generac or a Generac Authorized Warranty Service Dealer, is found to be defective under normal use and service, in accordance with the warranty schedule set forth below.
