Corporation Limited Warranties for Generac Corporation which is enclosed herewith on a separate sheet and also is provided to you by Generac Corporation. The ECS Warranty applies only to the emission control system of your new engine. To the extent that there is any conflict in terms between the ECS Warranty and the Generac Corporation Warranty, the ECS Warranty shall apply except in any circumstances in which the Generac Corporation Warranty may provide a longer warranty period.
1. Any warranted, emissions-related parts which are not scheduled for replacement as required maintenance in the Owner's Manual shall be warranted for the ECS Warranty Period. If any such part fails during the ECS Warranty Period, it shall be repaired or replaced by Generac Corporation according to Subsection (4) below.
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR “GN” ENGINES Generac Power Systems, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the engine will be trouble free from defects in material or workmanship for the items and period set forth below from the date of original purchase. This warranty is not transferable.
