Setting the alarm

Two separate alarm times are available, Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.
1. Press [SET/AL SET] once, until "A1" appears. To set Alarm 2, press [SET/AL SET]
again. "A2" will appear. Use the following identical steps for setting Alarm 2.
2. Press and hold [SET/AL SET] for about 3 seconds until the hours display flashes.
3. Press [▲/CHANNEL] or [▼/ºC/ºF] to select the desired hour.
4. Press [SET/AL SET] until the minutes display begins to flash.
5. Press [▲/CHANNEL] or [▼/ºC/ºF] to select the desired minutes.
6. Press [SET/AL SET] until the days display begins to flash.

MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN: Alarm activated for all days.
-
MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI: Alarm activated only for weekdays.
-
SAT, SUN: Alarm only activated for the weekend.
7. Press [▲/CHANNEL] or [▼/ºC/ºF] to select the desired day pattern for the alarm.
8. Press [SET/AL SET] or wait 10 seconds to return to normal time and date display.

Activating the alarm

Press [AL ON/OFF] until the desired alarm is activated.
The following symbols are used:
Activating the snooze function
1. The alarm will sound at the set time and the alarm icon will also be flashing.
2. Press [Zz/ ] to activate the snooze function.
3. Snooze will temporarily shut off the audible alarm for 5 minutes. The alarm symbol
will continue to flash and the audible alarm will sound once again after 5 minutes
have passed.
Turning off the alarm
1. Press [AL ON/OFF] once. The alarm will then be deactivated.
2. To completely deactivate the alarm/s, press [AL ON/OFF] until all the alarm icon/s
disappear from the display.
Display backlight
1. Press [Zz/ ] to turn on the backlight.
2. The light will automatically go out after a few seconds.
Selecting °C/°F
Press [▼/ºC/ºF] to select the temperature display in Celsius (ºC) or Fahrenheit (ºF).
