Network access

• DHCP: the IP telephone will receive an IP address, mask and gateway
supplied automatically by a DHCP server, making manual configuration
unnecessary. If the IP telephone does not receive the network settings, check
to see if the IP telephone is configured as a DHCP .
• Fixed IP: the IP address, mask and gateway will be configured manually
by the user or the network administrator.
• PPPoE: when the modem is in Bridge mode and the IP telephone functions
as a PPPoE and router, ADSL authentication is performed by IP telephone.
