Minimum is the highest visual quality; Maximum is the lowest visual quality.
Enter the Target Bit Rate in kbps (kilobits per second) which represents the
amount of data processed per second.
Select the GOP (Group of pictures) number from 1 to 50. (Not available on the
Secondary Stream.)

Description
If the actual bit rate (use statistics to determine)
from the camera momentarily exceeds the
maximum bit rate (MBR), the camera will maintain
the actual frames per second.
Set the target bit rate accordingly. If the actual bit
rate (use statistics to determine) from the camera
momentarily exceeds the target rate, the camera
will maintain target bit rate by adjusting the image
quality, and then reducing the actual frames per
second if necessary.
Set the Resolution for
NTSC or PAL video signals.
