Problem
UPS no reaction while AC
is connected
Power output is normal,
UPS emits continuous
beep, The yellow led
flashs every 0.5 seconds
No power on outlets, UPS
emits continuous beep,
UPS emits continuous
beep
UPS does not provide
expected run time

Possible causes
1. Line cord plug is loose.
2. Breaker broken.
3. Dead wall socket.
UPS is overloaded
UPS has shut down due
to serve overload
1. Excessive loads
connected at UPS's
outlets
2. Battery is not fully
charged.
1. The CPU inside UPS is
not running correctly.
2. Button damaged.
1. Battery polarity wrong.
2. Battery wrong (over
voltage).
3. Battery exhaustion.
4. UPS fault.
Action to take
1. Check the line cord
plug.
2. Reset the breaker,
remove some load
and check if the load is
short-circuit or faulty.
3. Check wall socket with
a table lamp.
Turn off UPS and unplug
excessive loads from
UPS.
Unplug excessive loads
from UPS and turn on the
UPS again.
Do not operate the UPS.
Leave the UPS plugged
in for 10 hours. Then test
it again. lf UPS still can
not provide expected run
time, battery should be
replaced.
Unplug line cord and
battery cord from the
UPS to let it shut down
automatically, and plug
line cord and battery cord
again,
if button still fails, please
call for service.
1. Check battery and
connection.
2. Check battery voltage
by voltage meter.
3. Connect AC power cord
to charge the battery.
4. Call for service.
