La caldera está protegida de los problemas de funcionamiento
gracias a controles internos realizados por la placa electrónica que
produce, si es necesario, un bloqueo de seguridad.
En el caso de un bloqueo, se visualiza a través del led, el tipo de
bloqueo y la causa que lo ha provocado.
Se pueden distinguir dos tipos:

Parada de seguridad

Es una parada "volátil", es decir, que se elimina automáticamente
cuando desaparece el fallo. En el display centellean "Err" y el código
del error (por ej.: Err Err / 112 112) y aparece el símbolo
En efecto, apenas la causa del bloqueo desaparece, la caldera
retoma su normal funcionamiento.
Si no es así, apague la caldera, lleve el interruptor eléctrico externo
hasta la posición OFF, cierre el grifo de gas y llame a un técnico
especializado.
En el caso de Parada por insufi ciente
presión de agua en el circuito de
calefacción, la caldera señala el código108
(ver la tabla).
Controle la presión con el hidrómetro y
cierre el grifo apenas se alcanzan los 1 - 1,5
bar. Es posible restablecer el funcionamiento
del sistema reintegrando agua a través del
grifo de llenado de la instalación.
Si la demanda de reintegro fuera muy frecuente, apague la caldera,
lleve el interruptor eléctrico externo hasta la posición OFF, cierre
la llave de gas y llame a un técnico especializado para verifi car la
presencia de posibles pérdidas de agua.

Parada por bloqueo

Este tipo de error es "no volátil", esto signifi ca
que no se elimina automáticamente. En el
display centellean "Err" y el código del error
(por ej.: Err Err / 501 501). Simultáneamente
aparece la inscripción
En este caso, la caldera no se vuelve a
encender automáticamente y se tendrá que
desbloquear pulsando la tecla
Tras varios intentos de bloqueo, si el problema se repite, será
necesaria la intervención de un técnico especialista.
La primera cifra del código de error (Por ej.: 1 01) indica en qué
grupo funcional de la caldera se ha producido el error:
1 - Circuito Principal
2 - Circuito Sanitario
3 - Parte Electrónica interna
4 - Parte Electrónica externa
5 – Encendido y Detección de llama
6 – Entrada de aire-salida de humos
7 – Multizona Calefacción
Aviso de mal funcionamiento
Este aviso aparece en el display con el siguiente formato:
5 P1 = PRIMER INTENTO DE ENCENDIDO FRACASADO
la primera cifra que indica el grupo funcional está seguida por una
P (aviso) y por el código correspondiente al aviso.
Importante
Si el bloqueo se repite con frecuencia, solicite la intervención de un
Centro de Asistencia Técnica autorizado. Por motivos de seguridad,
la caldera permitirá un número máximo de 5 reactivaciones en 15
minutos (presiones del botón RESET), si se produce el sexto intento
dentro de los 15 minutos, la caldera se bloquea, en ese caso, es
posible desbloquearla sólo desconectando la caldera. Si el bloqueo
es esporádico o aislado no constituye un problema.

stops the boiler from operating if necessary.

reason behind it. There are two types of shut-off :

Safety shut-off

This type of error is "volatile", which means that the boiler starts up

This warning is shown by the display in the following format:
5 P1 = FIRST IGNITION ATTEMPT UNSUCCESSFUL
the fi rst fi gure indicating the operational assembly is followed by a
P (warning) and the code relating to the specifi c warning.
Important
If this shutdown occurs frequently, contact an authorised Technical
Service Centre for assistance. For safety reasons, the boiler will
permit a maximum of 5 resets in 15 minutes (5 presses of the RESET
button); at the 6th attempt within this 15-minute period the boiler
will shut down and may only be operated again after the electricity
supply has been disconnected. If the shutdown is occasional or an
isolated event, this is not a problem.
