Análisis de la combustión a la potencia máxima
Active la función deshollinador a la máxima potencia del circuito
sanitario/calefacción.
Espere que el aparato se estabilice y realice el
análisis de la combustión verifi cando el valor
de CO2 según la siguiente tabla.
Importante: no desmonte el silenciador
Nota: Si la cámara de combustión está abierta,
el valor de CO2 disminuye en un 0,3%.
Si los valores medidos no coinciden con los indicados en la tabla,
proceda a la regulación como se describe abajo.
- accione el regulador de presión de
la válvula de gas (ver la fi g.) con un
destornillador plano adecuado, en
sentido horario para disminuir y
antihorario para aumentar el valor del
CO2 leído (debido a la sensibilidad
de la rosca, son sufi cientes pequeñas
rotaciones);
- espere algunos segundos hasta que el
CO2 se estabilice, luego mida su valor y,
si es necesario, repita las operaciones.
Al fi nalizar el calibrado, pase al análisis
del CO2 a la mínima potencia.
Análisis de la combustión a la potencia mínima
Active la Función Deshollinador a la potencia mínima.
Espere que la caldera se estabilice y realice el análisis de la
combustión verifi cando el valor de CO2 según la tabla indicada
arriba.
Importante: no desmonte el silenciador
Nota: Si la cámara de combustión está abierta, el valor de CO2
disminuye en un 0,3%.
Si los valores medidos no coinciden con los indicados en la tabla,
proceda a la regulación como se describe abajo.
- accione el regulador de presión de la válvula de gas (fi g. 2),
después de haber quitado el tapón con un destornillador torx,
en sentido horario para aumentar y antihorario para disminuir
el valor de CO2 leído (debido a la sensibilidad de la rosca, son
sufi cientes pequeñas rotaciones);
- espere algunos segundos hasta que el CO2 se estabilice,
luego mida su valor y, si es necesario, repita las operaciones.
Al fi nalizar el calibrado, controle nuevamente los valores de
CO2 a la máxima potencia. Si los valores
medidos permanecen dentro de los límites
indicados en las tablas, no se debe realizar
un nuevo calibrado.
Después de dichas operaciones, es
oportuno controlar el caudal de gas en el
contador, aprovechando las indicaciones
contenidas en la tabla de datos técnicos.
Al fi nalizar la verifi cación, desactive la Función Deshollinador y
vuelva a colocar correctamente la tapa y la junta

Activate the cleaning function at the maximum heating power or
the maximum domestic hot water power with a corresponding
heating request.

If the recorded values do not comply with those indicated in the
table, adjust accordingly as indicated below.

Minimum gas fl ow combustion analysis

Activate the cleaning function at minimum power in either heating
or domestic hot water production.
Wait for the boiler to stabilise before carrying out the combustion
analyses. Check the CO2 value according to the table below.
Important: do not remove silencer
N.B.: when the casing is open, the CO2 value drops by 0.3%.
If the recorded values do not comply with those indicated in the
table, adjust accordingly as indicated below.
- Adjust the gas valve pressure regulator: after having removed
the plug, use a suitable Torx screwdriver and turn clockwise to
increase and anti-clockwise to decrease the recorded CO2 value
(the screws require slight turning as they are very sensitive);
- Wait a few seconds until the CO2 stabilises then check the value
and repeat the procedure, if necessary. Once the calibration
procedure is completed, check the CO2 values once again at
maximum power.
If the recorded values fall within the limits indicated in the
