Problem
Water is collecting in the
water outlet.
The O symbol is lighting
even though there is a
suficient amount of water in
the water tank.
N lights up even though a
ilter has been used.
The appliance is making
loud "cooking noises" when
drawing water.
N , M and O are all lashing
at the same time, it is not
possible to draw any water.

Possible cause
Condensation water may
result due to physical
properties.
The loat in the water tank
is stuck.
Even iltered water contains
low amounts of calcium
carbonate.
The ilter is set to "yes" (see
chapter "BRITA MAXTRA
water ilter system") but
there is no ilter in place.
Build-up of limescale in the
appliance.
The used water is particu-
larly calciferous. Build-up of
limescale in the appliance.
The appliance has a fault.
Remedy
It is normal for condensation
to appear, simply wipe it
away.
Clean the water tank and
release the loat.
Descale the appliance as
described in the chapter
"Descaling".
Descale the appliance as

Finally, programme the
correct setting.
The appliance must be
descaled more often than
the N symbol lights up.
Follow the instructions
outlined in the chapter
"Descaling".
Disconnect the appliance
from the power supply and
contact Customer Service.
