for more flavour.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB SAUCE
Ingredient :
- 200 grams of rhubarb
- 300 grams of strawberries
- 100 ml of orange juice
- 2 teaspoons of lemon
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 clove of vanilla
Recipe :
After removing the leaves of rhubarb, cut off the ends, peel and cut into small pieces.
Clean the strawberries and cut into 2.
Cut the vanilla pod in two and reserve the seeds and clove separately.
Put all the ingredients in your heating blender, close the lid and press the "SAUCE" program.
When the preparation is ready (about 27 minutes), you can serve.
BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients :
- 350 grams of banana
- 500 ml of milk
- 150 grams of vanilla ice cream
Recipe :
Put all ingredients in your heating blender, close the lid and press the "SMOOTHIE" program.
When the preparation is ready (about 5 minutes), serve in tall glasses.
CARROT ORANGE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients :
- 2 oranges
- 2 bananas
- 150 grams mango
- 15 grams of carrot tops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
