LEEK SOUP
Ingredients :
- 400 grams of leek
- 1 large potato
- 1/2 a chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 700 ml of broth of chicken
- A few thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.
Peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
Place all the soup ingredients in your heating blender. Close the lid and press the "SMOOTH
SOUP" program.
When the machine has finished the preparation (about 35 minutes), pour the soup into
bowls.
You can also enjoy this soup cold. To do so, leave the soup in the refrigerator for at least 3
hours before serving.
PUMPKIN SOUP WITH CUMIN
Ingredients :
- 350 grams of pumpkin
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 a chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 500 ml of broth
- Some diced feta
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Deseed the pumpkin after cutting it in 2.
Cut the pumpkin and potatoes into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients (except feta) in your heating blender, close the lid and press the
"SMOOTH SOUP" program.
When the soup is ready (about 35 minutes), pour into bowls and add some diced feta cheese
for garnish. Season to taste.
