Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.
Put all ingredients (except the spinach, the yogurt, the salt and the pepper) in your heating
blender, close the lid and press "SOUP thrown."
When the preparation is ready (about 30 minutes), place the spinach and the yogurt. Let the
soup rest for a few moments before pouring the soup into bowls. Season to your taste.
VEGETABLES AND TORTELLINI SOUP
Ingredients :
- 100 grams of zucchini
- 100 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of red peppers
- 80 grams of dried tortellini
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 leek
- 500 ml of broth
- Some parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Deseed the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
Cut the zucchini and carrots into small pieces.
Chop the leeks.
Place all ingredients, except parmesan, in your heating blender, close the lid and press the
"SOUP THROWN" program.
When the preparation is ready (about 30 minutes), pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with
parmesan and season to your taste.
SPICY APPLE SAUCE
Ingredients :
- 600 grams of apples
- 200 ml of apple juice
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe :
Peel the apples, remove the core and the seeds before cutting them into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in your heating blender and add 70 ml of water.
