    Types of Heating OVEN MODE The following table represents the various oven modes and settings of your oven. Use the cooking guide tables for those modes as guidelines for cooking. Fan Oven Mode Food is heated by two heating elements on top of cavity and one bottom heating element, while the fan from side distributes the hot air evenly.
