KJ45 ALIMENTAZIONE DELL’ARIA L’impianto deve prevedere dispositivi per la depurazione dell’aria, per lo scarico della condensa e deve garantire una pressione costante all’ingresso dell’alimentatore di min 6 bar. Il regolatore deve essere impostato a una pressione di 6,5 bar. La coppia tirante filettato (A) + testina (B) montata sulla rivettatrice in confezione, corrisponde ad una filettatura di M10. -

KJ45 POSA IN OPERA DELL’INSERTO Verificare che il gruppo tirante filettato (A) e testina (B) montato sulla rivettatrice sia adeguato alla misura dell’inserto che si vuole utilizzare. Regolare la corsa come riportato a pag. 18. Inserire l’inserto sul tirante (A) ed esercitare su di esso una leggera pressione come indicato in figura f3, in questo modo l’inserto si avvita automaticamente sul tirante filettato. -

KJ45 ANOMALIE DI FUNZIONAMENTO In tutti i casi in cui si verifichino condizioni per le quali sia necessario ottenere uno svitamento forzato del tirante filettato dall’inserto, procedere come segue (f6): estrarre l’asta (P) dalla relativa sede (1) ed inserirla nel foro presente nella parte inferiore del pulsante di comando (D) esercitando una leggera pressione (2). -

KJ45 WORKING PROBLEMS When the conditions require a forced unscrewing of the tie rod from the insert, act as follows (f6): remove the push rod (P) from its seat (1) and introduce it into the hole in the lower part of the tensile-strength button pushing it slightly (2). -

KJ45 CAMBIO DI FORMATO La rivettatrice viene fornita con 6 coppie di tiranti filettati (A) e testine (B), utili a serrare una gamma di inserti filettati compresi tra M4 ed M12. Al variare della filettatura degli inserti, occorre eseguire la sostituzione del gruppo tirante filettato (A) e testina (B), pertanto procedere come segue: allentare la ghiera (C) con una chiave commerciale di mm 22, quindi rimuoverla assieme alla testina (B), e distanziale (Q) se da M4 a M8. -

KJ45 CHANGE OF SIZE The riveting tool is supplied with 6 pairs of threaded tie rods (A) and heads (B), for tightening a range of threaded inserts from M4 to M12. Depending on the insert thread, it is necessary to replace the threaded tie rod (A) and head (B) group, as follows: loosen the ring nut (C) with a 22 mm. -

KJ45 REGOLAZIONE DELLA COPPIA TIRANTE TESTINA Al variare della lunghezza dell’inserto da serrare occorre regolare la posizione della testina (B) rispetto al tirante filettato (A). Disconnettere la rivettatrice dall’alimentazione dell’aria compressa. Avvitare manualmente un inserto della lunghezza desiderata sul tirante filettato fino a che la testa dell’inserto vada in battuta con la testina (B) della rivettatrice. -

KJ45 ADJUSTMENT OF THE COUPLE TIE ROD/HEAD Changing the length of the insert to clamp, the position of the head (B) compared to the threaded tie rod (A) should be adjusted. Disconnect the riveting tool from the compressed-air supply. Screw an insert of the desired length on the threaded tie rod manually until the insert head touches the riveting tool head (B). The head is adjusted correctly if the threaded tie rod comes out of the insert screwed on it of about 2 mm. -

KJ45 RABBOCCO OLIO NEL CIRCUITO OLEODINAMICO Il rabbocco dell’olio del circuito oleodinamico si rende necessario dopo un lungo periodo di lavoro o quando si avverte un calo di corsa della rivettatrice. Procedere quindi come segue: con rivettatrice non alimentata, ruotare il pomello (M) verso il segno “+” sino al finecorsa, posizionare la macchina in verticale, rimuovere il tappo (I) servendosi della chiave a brugola di mm 4 (in dotazione). -

KJ45 TOPPING UP THE OIL-DYNAMIC CIRCUIT The oil-dynamic circuit should be topped up after a long period of work or when there is a power loss of the riveting tool. Put the riveting tool (not fed) in a vertical position rotating the knob (M) towards the sign “+” up to the end of stroke, and remove the plug (I) by means of a 4 mm Allen wrench (equipped). -
