the factory.

at least 1 sec.
Repeatedly press or hold down the button
until the required temperature
is displayed.
We recommend a setting of +4 °C.
Perishable food should not be stored
warmer than +4 °C.
The temperature in the cool fresh"
compartment 1/B has been set to almost
0 °C at the factory and should not be
changed if at all possible. If frost forms on
the refrigerated food, the temperature can
be increased. (See Eliminating minor
faults yourself").
Operating tips
While the refrigerating unit is running,
condensation or frost forms on the rear
panel of the refrigerator and cool fresh"
compartments. This is quite normal.
It is not necessary to wipe off the
condensation or frost. The rear panel
defrosts automatically. The condensation
runs into the drainage channel Fig. 3 and
then to the refrigerating unit where
it evaporates.
Arranging food in the
appliance
Making use of different
temperature zones
The circulation of air within the refrigerator
section gives rise to different temperature
zones.
S The coldest zones are up against the
rear wall and just above the bottom
shelf.
S The warmest zone is at the very top, in
front of the door.
Keep items such as cheese and butter
in the warmest zone. This will mean that
butter remains easy to spread.
We recommend you arrange food as
follows:
S On the shelves in the refrigerator:
baked food, cooked dishes,
chill sensitive fruit and vegetables
S In the fresh products refrigerator:
dairy products, meat and sausage
