While the message is displayed on the screen, press the Function button.

procedure used to lock it. An unlock symbol (

Messages that are no longer important can be deleted from the ADVISOR Message Receiver.
Deleting a Message from the Message-Status Screen: Position the
cursor on the memory location of the message to be deleted and press
the Function button to bring up the Message Status screen with Function
menu.

When all remaining memory locations are filled and a new message is received, it forces all stored messages to
move to the first memory locations, and the new message is stored in the last, unoccupied memory location.
