Getting started

Charging the battery

The GPS receiver needs to be charged, when the battery indicator lights a constant red light.
- Connect the enclosed charger first to the car's cigarette lighter (1 V DC) and then to the
charger socket on the GPS receiver to start charging.
Note! Charge battery fully before using for the fist time. The battery indicator will go out comple-
tely, when the battery is fully charged.
Turning the GPS receiver on and off
- Turn on the GPS receiver by pressing and holding the on/off button (c) until the green
and the blue indicators light up. The receiver starts searching for the satellite signals
automatically.
- Turn off the GPS receiver by pressing and hold the on/off button until the indicators are off.
Remarks. In order to save battery, the GPS receiver turns itself off, if no Bluetooth connection
has been created within 10 minutes
