Getting started

Charging the battery

The GPS receiver needs to be charged, when the battery indicator lights a constant red light.

Connect the enclosed charger first to the car's cigarette lighter (1 V DC) and then to the
charger socket on the GPS receiver to start charging.
Note! Charge battery fully before using for the fist time. The battery indicator will go out comple-
tely, when the battery is fully charged.
Turning the GPS receiver on and off

Turn on the GPS receiver by pressing and holding the on/off button (c) until the green
and the blue indicators light up. The receiver starts searching for the satellite signals
automatically.

Turn off the GPS receiver by pressing and hold the on/off button until the indicators are off.
Remarks. In order to save battery, the GPS receiver turns itself off, if no Bluetooth connection
has been created within 10 minutes
